Substitutions

· Substitutions can be accommodated if requested in writing by April 4, 2022 for in-person registration and April 8, 2022 for virtual registration. To initiate a substitution for your registration, please email Tanya Vandermoon ([email protected]). Find our cancellation policy below.

Health & Safety

· Your health and safety is our priority.  To create a safe experience for all, proof of vaccination and face masks are required for in-person attendees. Check out our COVID-19 guidelines.

Program Disclaimer 

· NSC will make every effort to avoid changes to the program and events; however, some changes may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording

· Participants must follow the photography, audio and video recording policies at the event locations. If you need clarity around the policies, please check with event organizers at the event. NSC reserves the right to use meeting participant’s image or likeness for any current or future promotional consideration.

Code of Conduct

· All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and other participants at National Safety Council events are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everybody.

· NSC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for all participants, whether they are held in person or virtually, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, experience, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers, and appropriate legal action will be taken against violators where applicable.

· If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns relating to harassment, please contact a member of the event staff immediately.

· Areas within each event may have additional guidelines in regard to appropriate behavior and discussion. Those guidelines will be enforced in a similar manner to this code of conduct.

· This Code of Conduct may be revised at any time by NSC and the terms are non-negotiable. If a participant engages in harassing or unprofessional behavior in relation to the event, event staff may take any action they deem appropriate depending on the circumstances, ranging from issuance of a warning to the offending individual to expulsion from the event with no refund. NSC reserves the right to exclude any participant found to be engaging in harassing behavior from participating in any further NSC events, trainings or other activities.

Agreement 

· By completing your registration, you agree to the terms, conditions and cancellation policy.

 

 

Cancellation Policy
Partial refunds will be honored for (in-person registration only) if requested in writing by April 4, 2022. Refund requests received by this date will receive a refund of the total amount paid, less a $50 administration fee. To initiate a cancellation of your registration, please email Tanya Vandermoon ([email protected]).
